Bella & Lizzie
Lia was amazing! We booked her last minute to let our pups Lizzie & Bella out twice in one day. She was so sweet, they had a blast playing with her. Lia sent a bunch of photos of her visit and took great care of them! She even left a doggie report card and pics from her visits. Will definitely book again! -Christy T. Gus
Lia is highly knowledgeable and truly tentative with pet care. It was really easy to walk through Gus's dietary restrictions, and have Lia be familiar with his commands to keep practicing and maintain consistency with him. Most importantly, Gus had a blast doing daycare at her house and really benefited from having more social time with other dogs and people versus just being at home with us and the cat. I appreciated all of the photos and some videos of Gus's activities throughout the day! Gus is looking forward to future daycare sessions with Lia and the furry friends! -Melissa A. |
Winston
We loved having Lia as our sitter. We could tell from the meet and greet that it would be a good fit. Winston took to them immediately. We received lots of photos (as we requested) of our happy snuggler. Winston seemed to really enjoy Lia's company- constantly in her lap and licking their face. House was clean when we returned. Freya
Lia is a phenomenal dog sitter and we would recommend her a thousand times over. Our girl can be pretty shy, but she loved Lia from the moment she met her at our meet and greet. Lia provided us with detailed updates and lots of sweet pics to give us peace of mind, which was much appreciated. You can tell she’s very attuned to the needs of dogs as well as the stress pet owners feel being away from our pets. Loved to see that our Freya was even giving her kisses in some of the pics in her check-in reports! She clearly felt so safe and loved in Lia’s presence. :) -Jane C.

Lia has been my dog's "auntie" since he was born. She loves dogs and has been so caring and wonderful. She takes care of him anytime I have to travel and I wouldn't have it any other way. She doesn't just feed and care for him, but she plays with and interacts with him like he's her own. I trust her with my dog who's like my child at this point. I never worry when I travel either cause I know Vaughn is having a lot of fun. Which means a lot to me as a dog owner. That he's being active and truly cared for. That's why I call Lia Vaughn's "auntie". Cause every time it feels like Vaughn is visiting family. -Izzi M.

Lia has watched my pup overnight several nights now and everything has been great. My dog is excited to see her when he is dropped off. She has been very flexible and very accommodating to my scheduling needs. I feel very comfortable leaving my dog with Lia, even though he is a smaller dog and has anxiety around other dogs. She was very patient with him and I really do appreciate it. My pup can't wait to come back! I really appreciate being able to drop him off and not having any worries that he will be treated well. Lia is amazing !!! My 8 month old Corgi had such a great time with Lia ( I actually re-booked with Lia for next week because I won’t consider going anywhere else ) Lia was very very accommodating when I needed to arrive a little earlier than planned ( due to a work commitment) Lia sent me photo’s throughout the day - and the expression on my Corgis face said it all !!! She was having a blast ! Definitely will continue to book with Lia!

Rasta, Meow, & Kitten
Lia was an amazing pet sitter, and could not ask for anything more. She went above and beyond and followed the six page instructions perfectly and never had to ask a question. She sent amazing texts with details I felt only an owner would know. Her love of animals shone through the pics and updates. And the house was in perfect state when we returned too. We had an elderly dog (who she doted on) and two cats. She played with the cats a s took pics of laser chasing, which I didn't ask for but delighted to see she went the extra mile. She was punctual even though I said the times were placeholders (except morning visit). Also, this was first time not having someone spend the night (short trip) so it was perfect! Also, when we walked in the door she had made these pictures (small Polaroid) and a report card. I'm impressed and will be using her again try soon. So happy to have found Lia. -Lori M.

Lia was our introduction to the Rover app and we could not have found a better sitter for our pup Pretinha. Lia’s home was the perfect winter paradise for Pretinha as she got to run around in their backyard, pick her own toys to play with, and play with other dogs. Lia’s communication leading up to, during (she sent pictures), and after Pretinha’s stay was on point. When we find ourselves looking for someone to sit Pretinha while we are out of town we will look to rebook with Lia. Thank you Lia for an amazing stay, our little Pretinha already wants to go back.

Lia was amazing with my 1 year old pug, Cucumber. She sent tons of pictures during Cucumber's visit so I knew she was having a great time. At the end of the visit, Lia sent Cucumber home with a goody bag full of a polaroid picture of Cucumber along with a visit report. I felt very happy knowing that Cucumber was receiving a lot of attention during her visit with Lia. Tucker & Sadie
Lia was incredible with our pup and kitty! They took to her right away, and that’s saying a lot, as our senior dog can be less than friendly with strangers. I think she’s an animal whisperer! She spent lots of time playing with them, and her reports to us were comforting and detailed - complete with LOTS of sweet pictures. She even left us Polaroid photos mounted on scrapbook paper on her final visit. She was super prompt and came earlier than scheduled at our last-minute request. It’s obvious she adores animals, and they adore her back. We will most definitely have Lia over again! Having to leave him Christmas weekend was hard, but knowing we had Lia to drop in a couple times each day to feed him and show him love was exactly the peace of mind we needed!
